This craft was reconditioned with Philippine mahogany sheeting ran two different directions over old wood hull it does not leak we have kept it in covered berthing on the San Joaquin delta for the last 32 years. It has a Gray marine 6 cyl. engine and tranny .It is a beautiful craft sleeps four . The stateroom and head are original .The pilots cabin was added when reconditioned in the seventies by Bill Whelan a boat builder and refrigeration engineer. It won two endurance races in 1911 and 1913 from S.F. to Sacramento and back we have the trophy plaque with its history engraved on it.We have copies of the Pacific Motor Boat magazine from April 1913 showing the" Lizzie M " and its trophy plaque.
