Well cared for 30' 1969 Morgan. Shoal draft w/ centerboard. All original interior w/ new fabric on cushions. New VHF w/ distress location plotter. New wiring w/ panel, 2 deep cell batteries w/ switch. Pump operated galley and head sinks w/ fresh water 25 gal. tank. Head w/ holding tank and y-value for overboard discharge. Dry interior w/ new salon tempered glass. New marine stereo w/ ipod connection. 2 burner alcohol stove, icebox w/ shelve. All new shelving over the galley and portside too. Wheel steering w/ available tiller. Dodger, sail cover and roller-furling headsail in nautical blue. Sails in great shape and crisp. All rigging in good condition w/o issues. Excellent Atomic 4 1997 w/ low hours[1 gal. per hour]. 12 gal. fuel tank w/ fuel/water separator. 2 quarter-berths, folddown dinnette for two, forward v-berths . Hanging locker dry and roomy. Solid sailer, heavy boat , but sails great in large seas and points well. Spinnaker pole, & spinnaker, cockpit cushions, swim ladder, compass, speed log[needs new wire], Barient winches and handles. 4 Brownell boat stands.
