A 36-foot 1969 Fairliner Space Sedan with dual Chrysler 440 Engines. This yacht has always been kept in a boathouse. It features a spacious salon with room for dining, entertaining, and sleeping. The V-berth has a custom mattress and an ample adjoining clothes closet. It includes a propane three-burner stove, an oven, and lots of galley work space. Two fully equipped heads are serviced by a powerful Vacuflush system; one head has a unique tub-and-shower combination. This cabin cruiser has a 17-foot fly bridge with pleanty of sun-bathing space on the upper deck. It has newer batteries and battery charging system. It has a 9-foot dinghy with 5-hp outboard.
There are metal and wood related bonding issues that need attention, therefore the reduced selling price. We are looking for a resourceful buyer who is willing to continue a legacy of TLC and protective maintenance so that this marvelous vessel can continue providing memories for years to come.
