Interior layout

All new cushions in V-berth compartment (sleeps 2); marine port-a-potty/clothing locker compartment; main cabin is galley with table that collapses down into standard bed (sleeps 2); 2 addtional quarter berths in stern. Teak trim throughout.

Galley

Insulated food locker; AC refrigerator; table folds open. All new cushions, curtains and carpeting.

Electronic Equipment

Raymarine ST60+ wind instruments, including masthead unit (new); knotmeter; inclinometer; depthfinder; odometer; lighted gimbaled bulkhead-mounted compass; marine radio; gas gauge (new).

Electrical System

Interior lights are AC or DC. Exterior lights are all DC. 2- 12v marine batteries. Shore power cables and various adapters.

Other Equipment

SAILS: main (with cover), reserve main, 140 Genoa (normally mounted on Barlow roller furling on headstay), spinnaker (with spinnaker pole), asymmetrical spinnaker, drifter, snitzel.
DECK GEAR & RIGGING: small traveller in stern, backstay adjustor, all but one of winches are bronze with bronze winch handles (spinnaker winch is aluminum); cleats are bronze, extra halyards with woven-in snap shackles, Danforth anchor, stern mounted boarding ladder, portable side mount swim ladder, stay covers.
SAFETY: flares, life jackets for children through adult, fire extinguishers, rail mounted horseshoe life preserver, water die packets, radar reflector, cockpit mounted & portable bilge pumps.

DOCKING: extra bumpers, heavy duty dock lines.

Lots of miscellaneous fittings, gear, halyards, etc.

Remarks

Fresh water only, 2 owner boat. Well maintained. A solid sailor in the most challenging weather and waves. Primarily used as a day sailer, but could be set up to sleep up to 6.
