Nice Cruiser. Perfect Liveaboard. Ready for the next adventure.

1971 Coronado 35 Center Cockpit Cruiser For Sale!

Please note, we have not had an opportunity to board the vessel to verify information. This is a seller-supplied description of the boat:

We have been enjoying living aboard and cruising on this vessel since September 2020. She is clean, dry, comfortable, spacious, and had more than enough storage for a young couple. Our only reason for selling was we wanted more room for our 3 parrots and we ended up coming across our dream boat sooner than expected. We have been maintaining and continuing to enjoy her as she sits at her mooring for sale.

The entire interior carries a minimum 6.5' headroom with several areas exceeding 7'.

The aft cabin has space to stand, a large locker, vanity area, and a bunk large enough to fit our California King-sized mattress. There is also a door leading to the head, which is located along the middle of the port side of the boat.

Forward of the large cabin on the starboard side is a galley featuring a microwave, a large fridge and freezer, sink, gimbled oven-stove (propane), and plenty of storage cabinets and counter space including an additional prep table that folds up and locks into place.

The head has a 6-gallon holding tank with room to install a much larger one. Functioning sink, wet head with shower attachment and a shower curtain.

Between the galley and the head sits the like-new motor, under the removable companionway stairs. Forward of this area is the salon. There is an L-shaped settee on the starboard side and a very large straight settee on the port side. There is again, an abundance of storage in this room. The original salon table has been removed to add more space and was replaced with a much more functional homemade piece that can either be stowed under the companionway steps and used as additional cabinet space, or be brought back out to the center. It also has sides that fold up to make it a fairly large banquet table .

Forward of the salon is a V-berth that fits a queen-sized mattress. Like the aft cabin, there is also standing room, a large locker, and vanity area. Both cabins have their own large hatch right above the bunk.

Topside, the steps face into a fairly large cockpit complete with two sets of cushions...one set in fair condition for bad weather, one set in great condition for when guests come over.

The bimini and dodger were unfortunately blown off in a hurricane. There is currently a frame and tarp installed.

Aft, there is a custom swim platform and davits along with frames ready for solar panels. We have 3 panels and a controller that just need to be installed.

Forward, we have a propane locker, several anchors, and an electric windlass.

The mainsail is in good condition. Rigging is in fair condition and will have plenty of life left with the swapping of a couple small parts. The 110 genoa will need light service and she is also rigged for a 150 genoa.

The decks will need to be repainted, the previous owner had them redone without the proper prep work first. That is the only issue. They do not look the best but are otherwise solid.

Any cushions not shown in pictures have been kept clean and dry in storage. All cushions were made within the past couple years and are in good condition.

Her 10.5' beam and shorter-than-average LOA make it easy to find space at marinas which has been great during such a big year for new boaters. Her layout could not be better for her size and we found her to be as comfortable as some 40' boats.

Manuals for almost everything aboard, notes dating back to the 80s on maintenance, and sailing adventures. This boat has a long of history of being well cared for. An ideal starter boat for an individual or couple looking to start a new chapter, as she was for us.

Will deliver on the water for additional cost depending on location and time frame.
