Interior layout
Accommodation - Forward Cabin with v-berths plus a central infill section to allow greater flexibility. Large storage under both bunks. Extensive side shelves and over head shelves over the bunks. One wardrobe starboard side for hanging gear.
Aft Cabin two separate v-berths hanging wardrobes extensive shelves and under bunk storage.
Complete linear galley starboard side. Original navigation desk and seat removed. This accommodates a full 60 litre 3 way fridge, and drawers plus full size chart table. Flat screen Beko television above can be used as interface screen with laptop. Extensive storage for charts, almanacs, books etc. Port side salon table can accommodate six at a pinch, four sensibly. Salon couch folds down to provide additional double sleeping accommodation.
Toilet port side forward of salon, full hot and cold shower/sink, shelving and storage.
Galley
Linear style galley to starboard. Nelson two ring gas hob with grill and oven.

Other Equipment
The high quality dark blue cockpit cover gives full winter protection. The sides are removable for winter sailing. The frame is of high quality stainless, giving full head height. The forward top section has plastic viewing panels to compliment those in the wheel house when sailing. We have also had fitted a stainless stern gantry to accommodate a three metre passarelle. The gantry has fitments to accommodate either one or two additional solar panels, for battery back up for the three way fridge if moored away from shore supply. Solar panel on the aft cabin hatch to provide back up power to the engine starting battery separate to domestic use. A substantial francis electric anchor winch complemented with two anchors 55 metres of chain complemented by 70 metres of rode.
Winter Maintenance 2014/2015
1. Alternator removed, serviced, rebuilt and refitted.
2. Starter motor removed and replaced with new.
3. Fuel tanks removed and replaced with new.
4. Full bottom scrub and antifoul.
5. All hull skin fittings removed and replaced.
6. Engine exhaust hosing removed and replaced.
Remarks
Motor sailer aft cabin sloop rigged. Priced at £23500 GBP. She is fitted with a perkins 4.236 marine diesel. Cruises at 6/6.5 knots using approximately 4 litres per hour. Max speed approx 8/9 knots. She is fully fitted both for long distance cruising and/or live-aboard. Nav gear includes Raymarine Radar, Garmin GPS, Garmin GPS Map310C with med chart. Full DSC VHF, log, echo sounder, auto pilot, bow thruster 4 hp dedicated battery. One solar panel dedicated to starting battery. Accommodation comforts include hot/cold pressurised water system to main sink and head, which includes shower and pump out sea-toilet etc., Two v-berths forward with stowage, salon settee sleeps 1/2. Aft cabin 2 v-berths. Semi enclosed wheel house with fully varnished opening doors to cockpit with athwartships seats/cushions. Sails are tan coloured crusader versions. Two sets in fair condition. Furling head sail with rotary boom main sail. Hull professionally re-sprayed "Original Royal Blue" winter 2012. Winter 2014/15 all oils changed during winterisation, new engine exhaust hoses and bow thruster removed cleaned serviced etc., Starter motor removed and replaced with new. All in superb condition.
