We are selling her for a deposit on a Morgan out island 51' we have 5 children from 3-16 living with us and its a little tightall. We have been fixing our boat like we were keeping her forever starting from the bottom up and have $30,000.00 invested in it. We are looking to sell her fast to put a deposit on the 51'.
We were also getting ready to put on a hard top or make a pilot house for her then paint the top and fix a couple of soft spots on the deck. The engine also has an oil leak from the pan gasket only when out sailing in the ocean and the heat exchanger needs cleaned but it starts runs and drives well. It's a Perkins 4108.
