1975 Yorktown custom sloop deck and interior (completely redone). Could be ketch. Have mizzenmast available. Can also be cutter rigged.

These boats are solid hand-laid glass cloth virtually indestructible non-cored hulls. made at the factory in California with the old glass formula which doesn't get blisters easily.

This is a unique one. having a full cockpit hard cabin and teak topside rail with a full-size bow pulpit. These were all center cockpits and owner completed so no 2 are the same.

The seller says the boat is sail-ready with many sails including a full-sized two-tone blue spinnaker and new storm sails. Many redundant systems and spares. Radar, GPS, Epirb. Solar, Diesel heater. Electric heaters propane heat.

Panels. Autopilot plus a spare autopilot. Excellent Three cyl Volvo diesel. New halyard lines. New dock lines new water hoses a few cosmetic things to be finished. Has new foam for the cushions. Propane and electric water heaters. Propane stove. Electric fridge. Has old propane cold plate-which May work. Electric fridge and head.

Lots of extra storage. Set up for 2-4 crew. Large aft cabin 5 bilge pumps. Dry bilge. Shower with auto pump. Hydraulic steering with cable and manual tiller backups.
