Interior layout

V berth forward sleeps two; mid ship head with sink and porta potty and electric pumped cold water supply; main salon with galley area includes stove, sink, electric pump cold water supply, deep ice box, food prep counter, large fold down table (doubles as chart table), and two cushioned seating lounges that serve as two additional berths; quarter berth on port quarter that is extra large and includes a retro fitted open porthole window that views the cockpit sole. Main salon includes plenty of seat back storage compartments along with below seat coveys. Head includes hanging storage closet, and below sink cabinet.
The extra large sail locker accessed from the cockpit also allows for good access to the engine area.

Galley

As described above; includes all the basic, stove, sink with electric running cold water, cutting board, sliding cover storage areas, three draw cabinet and large ice box.

Electronic Equipment

 

Electrical System

Hard wired 12 volt system with owner installed shore power wiring. Dual battery system, isolating starter from "house". Some wiring upgrade needed.

Other Equipment

Original working jib sail and spinnaker. Mid nineties roller furling Genoa (144%), Mid nineties full batten mainsail.

Remarks

After three generations of family sailing I made the decision to retire from owning a sail boat. Father Time has taken my measure and insists that the boat move along without this "old Man". The price reflects my need to move along quickly and allows for the new owner to freshen some of her worn out attributes.
