1976 Thompson 44 Trawler powered with twin Detroit 4-53's with dual helms, radar, water maker, and a large generator this boat is the perfect live aboard while doing the Loop.

These boats were produced in the late '70s and less than 100 were made prior to 1980. Each one is unique as they are outfitted individually as they came from the factory with only engines, deck, and a hull.

As you enter the salon through the starboard entry door and pass by the expansive helm you will notice how much natural light there is with the oversized windows and high ceiling. There is a hatch with stairs for quick access to the upper helm station.

The salon has a large comfy sofa bed, wet bar, and refrigerator/freezer. Visibility while navigating from the lower helm station is definitely not an issue.

Stairs on the forward port side take you down to the galley complete with stove, oven, and microwave. Further forward there is a V- berth and private head.

A large deck hatch in the salon with steps gives you access to the engine room which is laid out nicely with a 5'3 headroom and plenty of open space to accommodate the generator, water maker, and other accessory systems.

From the salon four steps down takes you to the aft stateroom which includes a queen berth, hanging locker, wall cabinets, and a private full head with a shower. Big windows with curtains brighten up the space.

There are multiple areas for entertaining and thanks to its 15' beam it's easy to move forward and aft through its side walkways.

From the aft, you have access to a mid-deck and then the flybridge. The mid-deck provides a lot of room for storage and the 10ft dory and davit.

The flybridge provides great visibility all around and is also covered under a full hardtop. There is a new freezer on the flybridge.

There are four AC's, aft cabin, salon, fwd cabin and on e for the fly bridge.
