I need to sell by 2/1/20 I’m negotiable on price

I’m selling my 30 foot Catalina recently acquired a new boat. The boat was taken out of the water the entire bottom redone minimal blisters all professionally repaired with and filled with Epoxy. The hull itself is over 1/2” fiberglass (no core) just glass. It is bulletproof. There is no cracks in the hull anywhere and no signs of
“ Catalina smile” development. Four coats new bottom paint, hull side is newly painted with a grey boot stripe and black accent stripe above (looks classy). All new wiring and panels two marine batteries with marine charger, new running lights, spreader lights and deck lights. Brand new Richie compass mounted for easy viewing from helm. Also the boat has three underwater lights great for fishing or just for ambiance. There is two green 2000 lumen lights, and one 2000 Lumen blue/purple light. They illuminate the water around the boat very bright and approximately 50’ around the boat and depth penetration varies on water color. The maroon Dodger is in great shape that covers the cockpit , I had custom stainless steel rails around cockpit made with cup holders and seating. Also a retractable swim step for easy access in and out of the water. The Lifelines are all new. There’s a 6 gallon water heater and 30 gallon freshwater holding tank. Portable toilet for the head with holding capacity of approximately 5 gallons. Sails are in good shape , with a roller furling for the jib that works perfect. I also have one spare Jib sail. Also new lazy jacks. For ground tackle there is a 25lb Bruce anchor with 50’1/2 chain and 300’ anchor rode. Also a spare Danforth anchor. Beautiful granite countertops in Galley and in the head with new sink and Faucet. 2500 gph automatic bilge pump with 3 way on /off /auto switch. AM/FM stereo with two new speakers. VHF radio, EPIRB, flares and life jackets. Shower in head also a outdoor shower on the back deck. There is a track on the mast for spinnaker or whisker pole. All blocks and deck hardware for the most part have been replaced and upgraded. Catalinas offer the most boat for the buck and are excellent for the Channel Islands and coastal cruising.
