Master stateroom forward with chain locker forward of that, Needs mattress. Head to Starboard side in stateroom suite.
Salon aft of stateroom has port and starboard straight settee/berths with 6 seat fixed folding mahogany table between.
Quarter berth on port side aft of nav table with 2x2.5' window access to engine in addition to access beneath hinged companionway.

Anchors: 35# CQR with chain and 25# CQR with 30' chain and 150' 3/4" rode at bow on double roller. Danforth with 15' chain/150' rode
at stern. Chain, while functional should probably be replaced.

"Cutlass" has been a liveaboard from 10/2011 to 10/2017 sailing continuously between Rockland, ME and Key West and the Bahamas
She has a good, solid fiberglass hull and four significant upgrades Including:
Yanmar 3YM30 diesel engine and SD20 saildrive - new 12/2013
Six golf cart batteries (4 house and 2 starter) - new 5/2014
Pacific Seacraft installed standing and running rigging - new 4/2015
Blue Seas electrical panel, tinned wiring and buss bars - new 4/2016
She needs cosmetic work and resealing of deck/hull joints
