Hallberg Rassy, Monsun 31 foot, 1978 yacht / sailboat for sale $44,500

BY PRIVATE SELLER AND PRICED FOR IMMEDIATE SALE

The boat is totally equipped for cruising and live-aboard and is perfect for single-handing.
Through 2004-2009 the boat was redone inside and out.
Other Monsun 31's in original 1970's condition sell for $40k and that's with 40+ year old engine, rigging etc.
"Sol Searcher" has been repowered, refitted, updated with Raymarine navigation electronics and customized for single-handing, self-sufficiency, safety and comfort.
After 3 years single-handing the boat through the Caribbean, Sol Searcher is on the market awaiting her next adventure.
Boat is located in Rockport, Texas and comes with affordable slip ($185 a month)
Please, no dickering on price.
As stated above, she is priced to sell now and is a super sweet deal!

WHY AM I SELLING?
After buying a property and home in San Antonio, I have made roots and haven't been on the boat in 2 years. My focus is elsewhere now and the slip rent is just an unnecessary expense. Also, Sol Searcher does not deserve to just sit there in her slip; she seeks the horizon.
