Beautiful CSY 44 Cutter rigged sloop for sale on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. This one is the walk over center cockpit cutter design, the boat makes a great live aboard and is great as a local Chesapeake Bay sailing yacht or open ocean cruiser.
This CSY 44 has so much charm & appeal. She has a raised deck aft and relatively high freeboard that gives her a nice distinctive look. When you look at her smooth curve on the cove band and boot stripe work you can see how the two work together to offset the freeboard astern and thus lower the profile of this big, broad width of the stern of this boat.
This spacious 44 has a longer keel and skeg-hung rudder, which gives you plenty of directional stability, and also helps her perform well under sail.
The interior of this vessel has two cabins and 8 berths! The main cabin has Force 10 propane heater. She also has 2 full heads and a separate walk-in shower for total privacy. And there's a fairly new 11 gallon hot water heater.
