These 323's were designed by Bill Shaw and built by Pearson Yachts in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Mr. Shaw designed them for the younger generation or at least the young at heart with a spacious 10'2" beam and 6'2" headroom down below. He stated "To look fast is one thing. To go fast in comfort is quite another".

Up "For Sail" is a 1979 32'3" Pearson sloop hull #203. She is ready to have a new owner(s) to love her as much as we have! My wife and I have lived/sailed on her for 10 years in beautiful downtown St. Petersburg and she is set up for you to easily move aboard today. The current slip will transfer to the new owner which is a bonus with downtown St Pete's active life style and a plethora of events to attend throughout the year. The marina is convenient to everything a person could need or want.

This boat is very solid and does not leak! This is a great blue water boat. The engine has been fresh water (not saltwater) cooled for 637hrs. I do have a lot of spare parts including a spare v-drive that will go to the new owner. She has been meticulously cared for and well maintained. I have a maintenance record and owner’s manuals that will go with the boat including an engine manual and Pearson manual. I have converted approx. 95 % to LED lights inside and out. All of the canvas is in great condition.
