Interior layout
The main salon is accessed through both side decks; featuring a forward port side galley. The dinette is aft to starboard with a folding leaf table with "L" shaped seating. The forward cabin has a v-berth, head and a very large hanging locker. The aft cabin has a double size berth to starboard and a single berth to port, center-line desk with drawers, drawer storage under each berth, head with separate shower, and access to the aft deck. There is a small bar with ice maker located starboard just aft of the helm. This vessel's interior features a full teak interior and parquet floors that are in excellent condition.

The Janie B has had the same owner for the past 20 years, and she has been very lightly used.
The decks and topsides are in good condition thanks to being stored out of the sun and weather. The engines have been lightly used, and the Onan Generator is in like new condition. The new aluminum fuel tanks make this vessel a fantastic value.
We are unsure of the actual number of hours on the main engines. There are original non-functional hour meters at the lower helm, and there are new functioning digital hour meters on the flybridge. Adding the numbers on both meters come to 1300 hrs. I believe less than 2000 hours is a realistic estimation based on the history of the vessel.
She is ready to go now, but her new owner will need to rebuild the two Lecrasan MSD's and install a refrigerator (freezer is functional).
There is a boatyard with a railway just a few feet from her dock in St. Marks.
