This 1979 Marine Trader 38 trawler is a great cruising trawler and a perfect boat for the Great Loop. There is plenty of space for a family or two couples with the double cabin layout.
When entering from the starboard side you'll find the lower helm station with access to all controls and easy for the captain to reach the foredeck. Behind the helm station is the galley with a double sink, stovetop/oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Opposite this is the 'L' shaped dining area and TV.
Forward is the V-berth with the head to port and a storage locker to starboard. The electrical panel is located in the companionway.
The spacious master cabin has a Pullman berth to Port, a dresser, direct access to the stern deck, and a full head with tub/shower combination.
The stern deck provides access to the first upper deck with the hard cover and storage. Forward from here is the second upper deck and the upper helm station. There is ample seating here for family and guests.
