This 1979 Pearson 23' sloop rig is great for the experienced day sailor or the beginner just getting started and is very easy to sail. Boat has a 23' LOA and 7'11" Beam. This boat is comfortable with a cabin with a galley including an alcohol fuel stove and accommodations for four. Boat is currently in the water and is ready to sail away. The 2003 Mercury 2-Stroke 6 hp outboard engine was overhauled in 2016 and runs great! Fresh bottom paint in 2017; interior cushions and upholstery redone in 2016 with Sunbrella Fabric. Included are dock lines, fenders, winch handles, swim ladder, shackled on Jib Bag, mainsail cover, tiller cover, lazy jack system and everything needed to go sailing right away. Trailer included. Swing keel allows for extra stability when sailing and allows for reducing draft when cruising (draft is 5'2" when the centerboard is down, 2'6" when up).
