1980 CATALINA 25 POP TOP TALL RIG FULL RE-FIT
This vessel has been through a full out of water refit meeting all known USCG/ABYC/NMEA standards. She has all original standing rigging, gear, and sails. In addition the following are new for 2014:
1: Exterior: Bottom paint (barrier coat) (black), boot stripe paint (victory red), and complete professional clear coat of all hull and topsides.
2: Brightwork: All interior and exterior wood surfaces, stripped, sanded, stained, and varnished to spec with "Epifanes" from Holland.
3: 110 volt electrical upgrade: With water tight enclosure, new wire, additional breakers, outlets including GFI in Galley, and 900 watt gas powered generator.
4: 12 volt electrical upgrade: With updated LED lighting for interior and some exterior, AGM gel cell battery, manual and automatic bilge pump with float switch.
5: Interior: All cushions reupholstered, stow covers sanded and painted, microwave in galley, flat screen TV with DVD, brass chronometer and barometer in salon, custom stainless top HDPE table in galley with matching lamp, and other custom fixtures including HDPE access hatches fore and aft,with existing approved MSD "porta-potti".
6: Deck: New sheets (lines) and shackles, custom cockpit coamings, dock lines.
7: Engine: Existing 9.9 Johnson with new impeller.
8: Navigation: GPS, Navionics/Magellan "Blu-Nav" charts on CD, binoculars, VHF/FM portable radio, existing compass & knot meter.
In addition she has her original main, jib, and 150 "Genoa" all cleaned. Danforth anchor with chain rode, four (4) class III PFD's, paddle, and factory pop top canvas.
