I have a great sailboat for sale. I have used it as a liveaboard for about a year and a half. I have been told that everything is is working order, the motor starts and runs but I'm positive it needs adjustments and a tune up. I never really got it to do much sailing, It was all about cheap rent for me. It's huge inside and has a 42 in tv mounted at the end of what is close to a full size bed/settee. It comes with a transferable liaveaboard slip, I looked at this as a floating condo on the water. All for less than what I would spend on renting. >$600 for all my expenses.
