Interior layout
This boat has a five level layout plan. The lowest level is the large engine room with ample space to comfortably work on each engine. The next level is the galley and dining area. The 4 person dining area. Also on this level is the v-berth and Master stateroom. The v berth has it's own shower and head, and to the aft the Master stateroom has it's own head and shower/tub combo. The master stateroom has a walk around queen bed. The third level is the roomy salon with a L shaped couch that converts to a full size bed. Stairs lead from the salon to the next deck an open patio area. Great open area to sunbath and bar-b-que. The final level is the enclosed upper helm with a large sitting area. The boat has teak and holly throughout.
Galley
The galley! Deep well 2 basin sink, 3 burner and oven combo stove, 110v refrigerator, ample cupboard and storage space. The 4 person dining area converts to a bed.

Remarks
This is an awesome floating domicile! Is very versatile and has many applications. This boat can be used as a live aboard vessel, long range cruiser, harbor hopper, and is outfitted for recreational fishing. It was recently moved from San Pedro CA to the Bay area. The boat and generator ran perfectly.
