Remarks

Boat is in good shape and sails extremely well. Fast for its size. The diesel runs fine and the 2 sails are old but in good condition. It is docked at our yacht club at Mears Marina in Kent Narrows, Maryland. Bottom paint in 2017 (3 coats), and was barrier coated in 2010. Needs some TLC but is ready to sail. Priced to sell. Selling AS IS.
