Other Equipment

In 2011 this boat was listed for $40,000. After negotiations, I bought it for $25,000 in Marblehead, MA.
Improvements since purchase:
[] $5000 (September 2021) brand new custom designed 145% Genoa and mainsail and mainsail cover.
[] $2800. (July 2018) brand new custom designed floorboards never used yet, stored in my temperature and humidity-controlled cellar
[] $2200 (2019) new salon cushions covered with “Sunbrella” fabric
[] $1418 (2018) new Garmin GPSmap 943SX chart plotter
[] $320 (2021) a more powerful external GPS antenna
[] $200 (2018) a new pedestal/binnacle guard for Garmin GPSmap and additional instruments.
[] $277 (2017) new dripless stuffing box
[] $200 (2019) new toilet
[] $200 (2019) engine noise reduction kit
[] $300 (2022) installed anti Cormorant spikes on the spreaders
[] two anchors
Sail plan: mainsail with sail-pack and 150% genoa. These two sails came with my purchase of the boat in 2011 and are still in good condition and perfectly fine for day sailing/cruising. Additionally, custom-designed new mail sail and 145% genoa are better for racing. Probably add about one knot upwind speed.
$37,915 invested to date.

Remarks

Currently being used both for sailboat racing at Hyannis Yacht Club and pleasure cruising in Nantucket Sound.
