1986 23 ft soveign sailboat with 3 sails in good condition (main sail, working roller furling 120 and genoa). sleeps 4 alot of info on the attached papers this on is a style "B".
Has an enclosed head, alcohol stove in the galley, has a selfcontained sanipottie toilet.
Has been well taken care of but may need new rig lines. (not a big deal) All cushions are kept in house when not in use.

It will need to be cleaned. We cleaned it some but didn;t clean it thoroughly like we do. We can arrange to do that unless you want to handle that. *Forgot to add that the trailer is in the ground not FLAT TIRES!
