Interior layout
Cabin sleeps 2 in aft and 2 in convertible table to bed V-berth.
Aft cabin located under helm seat has 2 storage compartments, and light, fan and mirror. Two screened slide windows in aft cabin open to cockpit.
Main cabin has storage under V-berth cushions and along sides. Screens for hatches and side windows. Hanging closet in front of Head on Starboard side.
Full length mirror in main cabin on Head door. Head includes sink and porta pot with external pump out port, and key controlled macerator. No gray water holding tank.
Access to stepdown pump located in floor in front of aft cabin.
Galley
Galley cabinet contains storage area under sink and area for refrigerator. Refrigerator was removed due to Freon leak. Electrical wiring for refrigerator capped off and left in place. Galley includes hot and cold water faucet and sink, gas/electric 2 burner stove with additional storage above and alongside base cabinet. There is a small drawer above where refrigerator goes too.
Electronic Equipment
Humming Bird 300TX fish/depth finder, Furuno Model 1622 Radar and a compass. Helm controlled search light. Navigation lights. Panasonic radio with CD player with remote control and 4 speakers (2 in main cabin and 2 in cockpit).
Electrical System
Dual batteries and switch, with Sterling Power 12v-20a battery charger. Hydraulic trim tabs. Shore power switch box in main cabin (main, outlet, hot water heater, converter, refrigerator, stove and one blank area for an additional switch). Access to helm electronics and fuses located in Head.
Other Equipment
Custom enclosure with 8 interchangeable screen and vinyl window sides for a bug free summer and warm fall and winter cruising enclosing helm and aft deck. Swim platform with fold down ladder.

Anchor with line, fenders, 2 shore power cables, aft deck carpet included.
Remarks
2nd owner. Never been in salt water. Previous moored on Kentucky Lake, KY prior to Lake Wallula WA. Newly refurnished outdrive by certified mechanic. Boat has been maintained by same mechanic for over 20 years. Manufacture lengths: centerline 25'0', gunwale 26'1". No trailer.
