This boat was built by the current owner's father in 1987 in a fish house and so the boat has been in the family for the boat's entire 34-year-old life.

The engine is conveniently located under the galley bar, which easily slides out to expose the entire engine for ease in maintenance and repairs.

The generator is under the stern outdoor stairs for ease of access.

She comes with a ramp (shown in one photo of her cruising) which is great for exiting the vessel at the beach or allowing handicap access.

Upstairs, in the pilothouse is the helm and a dinette which converts to sleeping quarters and there is an air conditioner for comfort.

She has a homemade windlass which is operational from just outside the pilothouse.
