This 1987 36' Trojan Tri Cabin is one of the legendary families of liveaboard boats!
This boat is clean and well maintained and features two separate staterooms, aft and stern, each with its own ensuite head. The boat has two AC units. The forward stateroom features a wet shower, while the aft master features a separate shower stall compartment.
The main salon features comfortable seating surrounding the settee, which converts into an additional sleeping berth. Power receptacle conveniently located for those who plan to get work done at the table.
Lots compartment storage along with a central skylight. The galley features an island with sink, refrigerator on the port side, and a stand-alone freezer on the starboard side. Above the galley forward is a microwave, flat-screen TV, stereo and small convection/toaster oven.
There is plenty of room to sit in the cockpit bridge, with bench seating with storage on the perimeter. The captain will have excellent visibility on all sides, especially when backing the boat into the slip. Helm instrumentation includes fuel gauge, hour meter, other instrumentation and Sytex plotter with temp and depth gauge. It also includes a VHF radio and antenna.
This boat is powered by twin Crusader 270 gasoline engines, that start and run beautifully. Also features Onan 6.5-kw Generator. Recently replaced windlass with 250' of rode and includes Simpson Lawrence claw anchor.
Recently replaced: Salon carpeting, cleats on bow, glass port window, (2) port side rails, AC raw water pump, freshwater pump, both toilets rebuilt with new parts, seal in rear port transmission, generator carb, plugs, antifreeze reservoir, intake valve strainer, wiper blades.
Boat was pulled in 2021 and the bottom sanded/painted.
