Interior layout
Enter the pilot house from either port or starboard sliding doors to go up to large bridge or aft to salon which offers ample seating, TV/sterio in cooled or heated comfort. Continue aft to the open or eisenglass enclosed, cooled and heated aft deck with ice maker and wet bar. Access to the aft deck is also by port or starboard, wide sidedecks which run the entire length of the boat. From the pilot house, forward and down is the full sized galley. Going forward and down is the crew quarters with over/under beds and full head with walk in shower. From the galley aft and down is the laundry, to port, is the mid-ship guest stateroom and to starboard is the guest head, also with walk in shower. Further to aft is entrance to port and starboard walk in engine rooms. All the way aft is the large master stateroom and master head. The generator room is located under the galley floor.
Galley
Ashlie B II has a full sized galley with large refridgerator/freezer, oven and cook top, micro-wave oven and dishwasher.
Electronic Equipment
The pilot house is equipped with dual Raymarine E-120 monitors. The port monitor displays chartplotter/radar, speed and depth and the starboard monitor displays xm weather, views from port and starboard engine rooms, generator room and rear view cameras. Additional speed and depth instruments, auto pilot controls, Vetus bow thruster control, Glendinning synchronizer control, Raymarine 201 VHF radio, and all engine monitoring instruments are found.
The bridge has a Raymarine E-120 monitor that displays chartplotter/radar, xm weather, all camera views as well as speed and depth. Also located on the bridge is the bow thruster control, synchronizer control, ICOM IMC540 VHF radio, CD/AM/FM radio control, and additional speed and depth instruments.
Electrical System
The boat has a 24V system with dual 8D batteries in each engine room. Dual group 27 batteries are forward for the bow thruster. A 12V battery is located on the bridge for the radios and other instruments and a 12V battery is located aft for the SeaDoo lift platform.
Shore power is dual 50 amp with connections on either port or starboard sides. Ashlie B II has a 20kw Onan generator with 4800 hrs and a Northern Lights 20kw generator with 1050 hrs. The main AC panel is in the pilot house.
Other Equipment
All batteries have been replace with in the last year, new eisenglass has been installed on aft deck, new windscreen was installed on bridge. The dingy is a 13 ft. Boston Whaler with a 40hp Mercury 4 stroke motor. She is equipped with TracVision 4 for the three on board TV's.
Remarks
Ashlie B II is a well maintained, fresh water boat. She looks very nice and runs very good. All systems on board are in good working order. She has had a recent haul out, new bottom paint and a hull survey which is avaliable. Ashlie B II is located in Florence, Alabama, which is at the North end of the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway and is ready for immediate delivery.
