1988 McKee Craft Hammerhead 220 WT (walk thru) dual console with 1999 Yamaha 225 OX66 Saltwater Series II with trailer - $8500 O.B.O.
An older salt water warrior needs a new home. After many years of faithfully serving her owners around Ocean Isle Beach, she sat alone in a boat yard for several years. I bought her with the intent of restoring her, but financial and time constraint circumstances have changed, so I need to part with her.
Engine: 1999 Yamaha 225 OX66 Saltwater Series II fuel injection 2-stroke engine. 30" shaft. Stainless Prop with no damage. This engine has approx. 80 hours total and has just recently been serviced and runs extremely well. Quite simply, the previous owner re-powered and didn't use it much after that.
This McKee Craft Hammerhead 220 WT sport fisherman has an UNSINKABLE foam core fiberglass hull, the most free deck space to fish I've ever seen in a boat, and can power through choppy seas like a knife through butter.
Solid - no soft spots in deck or hull.
Huge amount of storage space. Dual console and a Fighting chair. 4 live wells/insulated fish boxes.
She still needs some TLC - teak needs sanding, electronics, etc., BUT she is sea worthy and those projects could be put off until after the season.
