Big beautiful Rampage 40 Sportfisherman. Twin diesel power - many recent upgrades including turbo, new stove, new sleeper sofa and more
1988 Rampage 40 Sportfisherman in good condition with low hours on twin J&T 6-71TIs. Numerous recent upgrades and boat is ready for a new owner and a big Fall season.
Well constructed Rampage 40 with a beamy 15'2 span - loads of space carried well forward and giving great interior accommodations. Big salon area with a full galley and bar area - great for entertaining when the fishing is done and you're back at the dock.
Large refrigerator, newer stove and a newer sleeper sofa will combine to offer great liveaboard comfort. Interior is clean and in good shape cosmetically and mechanically with no unpleasant odors and everything in good working order.
Forward offers a large head with separate shower to starboard, a bunk room to port and a very spacious owner's cabin forward. Double hanging lockers and abundant storage space adds to the overall livability of the yacht for extended cruising.
The stairs at the aft end of the passage swing away and a watertight vertical hatch offers convenient access to the spacious engine room for routine maintenance. The area is well lit and clean/dry with good access to all the mechanicals.
The large cockpit is accessed via the transom door. The cockpit offers great room for fighting fish or entertaining and there are large fish boxes on both sides. There is also a good size sink that will double as a wet bar and prep station alternately.
The oversized bridge is accessed by a ladder to port. The helm offers great visibility all around and good instrumentation and electronics to manage all systems onboard. The boat is equipped with a windlass and trim tabs that can be managed from the helm.
Forward of the helm is a large settee for guest seating. The entire area is covered by a hard top and there are newer drop curtains to enclose the bridge if desired.
