The Specs.
Second owner, owned since approx 2000.
Approx~ 900 hours.
Boat has been used only 20 hours in the last 4 years.
Port engine replaced 4 years ago, fresh water cooled. About 20 hours on it.
Alpha 1 outdrives both rebuilt within 5 years, about 30 hours on them.
Both outdrives serviced this year, oil, pressure tested.
**** When the outdrives were removed for servicing it showed that BOTH transom mounts need to be replaced due to some corrosion where the rubber boots connect from the outdrives. We are not having this repair done so the boat is being listed for sale.
For this reason, we are selling "AS-IS" as a parts / salvage boat.
This has been a family boat for us for years, and when the boat was in the water it ran well, and has a new port engine as stated above.
Boat is on land, in the Quincy /Boston area and can be seen by appointment.

The Wellcraft 3000 Monaco is a maxi-cube mid-cabin family cruiser with a raised foredeck profile and comfortable accommodations.
Hull construction is solid fiberglass, and her 10 foot 8 inch beam is perfect for a 30 footer. Inside, the full-width interior of the Monaco is unusually bright and open with very good headroom.
The aft cabin is arranged with facing settees, and draw curtains separate both sleeping areas from the main cabin. The bi-level cockit includes and L-Shaped seat opposite the helm and removable bench seating aft.
The companion way is to port, a molded centerline step provides access to the center-opening windshield. Engine access is very good. Twin 260 hp MerCruisers will cruise the Monaco at a brisk 25 knots and reach a top speed of about 35 Knots.
