The C&C 30 is a shoal keel sailboat that is rigged with a roller furling jib, main sheet traveler, and sheets leading to the cockpit winches. She can be sailed single-handed or with a crew. The helm has wheel steering, autopilot, wind, speed, and depth instrumentation.

The cabin houses a full galley with an oven, stove, double sink, and icebox. Filling out the salon are large lounge-style settees that double as sleeping spaces. The aft stateroom has a queen-size berth and the V-berth is forward of the salon. Altogether, she can sleep six captain and crew.

The ship has a full head with a holding tank. And, the cabin heat and air conditioning keep all onboard comfortable overnight or on a long cruise. In true C&C style, the cabin hatch is large and this one has a screen to generate airflow on warm nights when the deck hatches are open.
