Interior layout
The U-shaped main salon follows the clean, modern cabin lines with a wrap-around windshield for a panoramic view which gives a bright open feeling throughout the cabin. Beyond the main cabin is a large head that includes a shower stall, generous headroom and good ventilation. Aft is a huge private stateroom that sleeps 2 comfortably with standing headroom and plenty of stowage for personal items. The forward V-berth sleeps 2, and the U-shaped salon converts to an extra large sleeping berth that will sleep at least 2.
Galley
The galley is complimented by a double sink, alcohol stove and oven plus an island with a deep cooler for cold storage.

Remarks
This vessel has been sailed in fresh water only, has had only 2 owners, and has been impeccably maintained. This is a beautiful boat and wonderfully laid out.
Sailing has been simplified with the free standing mast, free of shrouds, backstays, and spreaders. Jiffy single line reefing, mainsail lazy jacks and sail catchers, headsail furling and all lines leading aft work together to allow a simple pull of a line for easy control.
Owner maintenance and care has been a priority and includes proper winterizing each year, oil changes, a bottom job last year that included soda-blasting and VC17 paint, a new stereo system, and all interior woodwork has been reconditioned and varnished. Holding tank and hoses were replaced shortly after purchasing in 2010.
