1994 Island Packet CAT 35 with twin Yanmar inboard diesels. 27 HP each.
Yes, the Yanmars are freshwater cooled engines.

The cutlass bearings need to be serviced - once you take ownership of the boat. The local boat yard is a full service marina.
The seller has paid the yard through March 31, 2023 so you have time to move the boat.
SEPTEMBER 2022: Water run to test engines went well

JUNE 2022: Bottom Painted and Zincs
The sails are new (approx 2 -3 yrs)
as is the bimini and cockpit canvas.
