Front bathroom has shower. Master bathroom has shower and BATHTUB. Aft deck has ample seating with furniture and new cushions. Bridge has u shaped seating across from helm. Easy boarding with integrated fiberglass steps (no ladders)to board the boat and bridge. All decorations and custom bedspreads are included.
Galley
Galley has newer full size refrigerator with large freezer. NEW microwave and 2 burner stove. Equipped with built in coffee maker and toaster oven. Lots of cabinets for ample storage.

Remarks
IMMACULATE the vessels name is "Realjoy" and that is what she has been to our family. We have spent every summer weekend on her with our family. She sleeps 7 comfortably inside. The enclosure is made of EZ2CY glass which makes it possible to sit on the bridge or aft deck in complete comfort in any kind of weather. She is the perfect floating home at the beach, river or bay. You must see her condition to understand the love she has been shown.
