1998 Bayliner 1950 Capri CL bowrider with a Mercruiser outdrive 3.0L 135hp I/O
Hull 18’8”, Beam 7’6”, Draft 2’10”, Dry weight 1925 lbs., Deadrise 18 deg. Fuel tank 28 gall.
I’m a 3rd owner of this boat for past 3 years. Great fishing boat, as well as family boat, perfect for big lakes, rivers and offshore. Runs excellent and has been though scheduled maintenance and winterizing each year. The boat has extremely low hours and it shows. Never been in salt water, bottom of the boat was never painted, still original gel coat. Never stored on water, always covered and under carport. Engine starts up and idles smoothly and handles nicely with a top speed of about 45 mph. The exterior of the boat is in excellent condition, with just a couple light scuffs and scratches and very minimal oxidation. I had several other boat owners marvel at the boat's condition while on the water. Imperfections: There is a 4 inch chip on the outdrive skeg that has been there since I owned it and does not affect performance in any way and three tiny repaired holes on a side of hull. The interior is quite the same with minimal wear and tear. The carpets and seats are in excellent condition with a couple scratches on upholstery. Full fuel tank and lifeguard kit included: anchor with 100 ft of line, 2 fender lines, 3 boat fenders, 6 safety light sticks, eco flare, signal horn, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Boat is ready to go, just turn the key and go. Following items has been replaced/added in 2017: -Garmin GPS echoMAP 70 with a transducer, Cobra marine VHF radio with antenna, dash board with new switches, 2 engine cool fans, Boss marine Bluetooth speakers, 5 fishing rod holders, 4 additional cleats (total of 6 now), Bimini Top, Boat Cover, Anchor LED light, Bow LED light, Built in marine horn, new motor starter, and boat straps. Following items has been replaced/added in 2019: new carburetor, engine spark plugs, Interstate battery. Trailer is in excellent condition. Following parts were replaced/added in 2017-new hydraulic brakes model #660E, new LED trailer lights, new Fulton swivel jack.
For additional $850, I will include a carport 12x20x8.5 for this boat (2 years old, 14gauge steel roof, 6 ground anchors, electric hook up, I will disassemble the unit)
