2001 MONTICELLO 60 River Yacht, an all aluminum river cruiser/houseboat!

Located in Wellsburg, West Virginia, this 60-foot used Monticello 60 River Yacht, built by custom houseboat builder Majestic, is a great semi-V hulled river cruising houseboat.

Its aluminum hull with 17' 6 wide body beam is powered by twin 310hp Mercruiser 7.4 MPI engines with V-drives.

This Monticello boat has a low 3' 2 draft which can handle all your favorite river or inland lake spots. Its 200-gallon fuel tank provides lots of range. The insulated hull provides a quiet ride.

The Monticello is spacious inside and outside. Up top is an outside full helm station. The upper deck includes a bridge wet bar and refrigerator. There's plenty of party seating, great visibility and shade from a newly replaced Bimini top, and a large sun deck for relaxing. It also includes a 1,000 lb capacity electric Davit.

Outside on the main deck, there is a front shaded patio area with seating, accessible from the full walk around deck or the main salon through the sliding doors.
Inside in the forward area of the boat is the main salon, staircase to the upper deck, and protected helm station with great visibility. The helm station includes a Raymarine RL70 C radar and chart plotter, a Humminbird depth finder, VHF radio and a Voyager camera system.

Further amidship is the galley kitchen. The aft area of the boat houses the head, guest cabin, and master suite. This boat can sleep up 6 people comfortably.
The salon has an entertainment center with large flatscreen TV, stereo system, and ceiling fans.
The galley is equipped with residential-sized GE appliances including electric range with oven, a convection microwave oven, and a refrigerator/freezer. Prep equipment and space include a double sink and lots of counter space and cabinet storage. There is also a large, stacked washer/dryer combo.

The large bath has a full-sized vacu-flush toilet, vanity with sink, and a one-piece shower with molded seat and sliding glass doors.

This Monticello is equipped with two 50-amp electrical circuits, a residential sized heat pump, and central air. It also includes a 2,500-watt inverter and Westerbeke 12.5 KW generator for plenty of off-grid power. The engine room is heated. There is also a 20-gallon hot water tank.
