This houseboat has been converted into a mobile food boat, originally operating in Coeur d' lane Idaho, then in Portland Oregon.

It has been fitted with a 3rd aluminum pontoon down the center making it a Tritoon.

The interior has been fitted with a flat top grill with a proper exhaust fan and fire suppression system as well as a fullly-functioning 3-station sink and hand washing station, all to meet the general city food truck requirements for operating. The boat is powered by an onboard generator, when not docked, and has full electrical power when plugged into dock power.

This boat is 32' long, 8' wide and 13' high on the trailer. It's powered by a 150 HP outboard motor.
