This beautiful colgate comes with a trailer, has brand new bottom paint, a 8hp Honda engine that starts on the first or second pull after all winter! and all the sails and spinnakers you could need. The only issue (and the reason it is SOOOO CHEAP) is that the keel bolts need to be resealed with an epoxy or some similar material. We bought this boat 2 years ago and have sailed it as is wonderfully even with the keel seal letting in a small amount of water.

This is an opportunity to get a $19,000-20,000 boat that is used by the USCG and NAVY among many others as training and racing vessels for a fraction of the real value.

This is good for someone who is willing to just have the marina do the job (we had estimates from $650-1000). Or a very smart do - it yourselfer could probably do themselves (we were planning to do it ourselves but got bitten by the power boat bug).
