2010 Regency Edition Party Barge for sale! 3.0 Merc. (V6) Inboard / Outboard motor. Nice and roomy boat for 13 people! Boat has a fresh water sink and a table with two poles to lock in to the deck. The back opens up and converts into a changing room. Stereo with AUX (IPod, etc) connector and several Kicker speakers. Asking $22k. Plenty of power to wakeboard, ski, and tube behind! Canyon Mist Color (a soft orange-red), in very good condition.

Included in the sale of this boat are the following items:
- color key matching boat cover (canyon mist color, we ALWAYS keep this boat covered)

- Boat Trailer (we didn't buy one with the boat because it was going straight to the marina, and has been in a wet slip since we bought it brand new)
We have taken excellent care of this boat. We bought it brand new in 2011. We do not have children, and we are non-smokers.
Per the NADA Guide (the boater "blue book" guide), the retail for this boat at it's age with the added options is 25,995.00 (http://www.nadaguides.com/Boats/2010/Tracker-Marine/PARTY-BARGE-22+/32011970/Standard-Equipment).
The boat is in great condition and runs perfect (we have NEVER had a problem with it starting, etc) and it is located in a wet slip, in a marina in Volente, Texas. It needs some cleaning for aesthetics, but that's it. However, as with all boats that have been used, there are a few scratches on the outside, a nice little mark in the rubber bumper where the boat has bumped up against the slip, another dent in the front part of the bumper, and the Sun Tracker decal is peeling a little bit on the front right. I can provide pics if you are interested.
