Houseboat was rebuilt 3 years ago from the hull up ( 1971 hull resurfaced/sealed 3 years ago and surveyed).

The boat is 14 ft wide, 53 ft long. Has heat/AC combination. It has a gray water tank for the sink and shower and a compost toilet. City water comes with docking fee. Electricity is through Seneca Electric (approx $19 a month).
No motor but buyer could install outboard motor if desired.
