Comments: “Patient Sailor” had sailed around the world prior to being purchased by her present owner in 1992. Since then he has made three round trips from the Caribbean to Brazil via the Azores, Canary Islands and Cape Verde Islands and Trinidad. The boat sailed to Florida from Puerto Rico in 2004. All these passages were made single-handed. The boat is very easy to manage and accommodates well to steering by the Aries wind vane. Because of its long keel it is steady on course and off the wind this vessel is fast and stable. The raised deck offers much space for safe deck work while underway and storage. Below, there is exceptional locker space for tools, spares, food, provisions, and clothes as well as books. The boat is federally documented. This is an ideal, proven, tradition design live aboard vessel for a single-hander, couple or a small family and is being offered at a price of $50,000 because of age, family commitments and health reasons. Currently, the boat is at Westland Marina, Titusville, Florida. For an appointment contact “Bob” at 321-652-1468. Cash buyers only.
