I am looking for a new home for my 1969 18’ Thunderbird Cathedral hull. I think it is the Cheyenne model. Also known as the boat style from the TV series Flipper. Original 120hp mercuiser IO. Currently registered. Starts and runs but needs a little work. Needs gimbal bearing and exhaust bellows. She also occasionally cuts out as it accelerates up through 3200 rpm on the way to WOT. I was going to change ignition over to solid state unit before gimbal started making noise. Good compression on all cylinders. Interior in good shape easily holds 6 people +. Solid Hull, floor in decent shape, but I have repaired on occasion over the years. This is a terrific boat for lakes and bays with a soft stable ride. Would like to sell it before I winterize it on Columbus Day Weekend.
Comes with trailer with 2 brand new tires and bearings, & new lights. Will include a 2nd outdrive I got a number of years ago as a spare but haven’t needed it.
