1973 Kings Craft houseboat! Lot's of updates inside! Engines not working.

This is a beautiful 1973 Kings Craft 36 houseboat. She's located in Ardmore, Oklahoma and has only been used in freshwater.

The current seller uses the boat as a floating condo. The engines aren't currently running and need to be inspected to determine how to get them functioning.

She's 36' in length with a 12' beam. She's got a lot of interior room and room to lounge outside. This Kings Craft has a very modern and luxurious look inside.

The seller has updated a lot of the interior, beautiful hard wood floors and granite counter tops. She's equipped with everything you'd need for a weekend getaway or an extended stay.

Two upgraded air conditioners, an upgraded electric toilet, and a 10 ft porch/deck were added in August 2023. The home also features a full-size fold-out couch, a queen 12-inch memory foam mattress with a tuft headboard, custom wood cabinets, and two mounted flat-screen TVs.

There's a well appointed galley with a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and storage space.

There's a very comfortable living quarters forward and a Queen bed at the aft with a TV for entertainment. There's also a full head with a nice sized walk-in shower.
