Boat was built as a Racer/cruiser, good off-shore boat. Comes with Genoa on furler and main sail in good condition plus extra older genoa, 2 main sails and an asymmetrical spinnaker with spinnaker pole. Removable baby stay with small hank-on sail. Keel stepped mast with folding steps. Recent ablative bottom paint with 4 coats applied. Hull is solid glass, deck with balsa core. All bronze sea cocks. Toe rail anodized aluminum, easy to attach items to. 3 anchors: 35 lbs Rocna, 35 lbs Bruce and a Danfort. CPT autopilot (head new in 2017), All shrouds replaced 2 year ago, 2 Solar panels 195 W each, with 2 (2018) house batteries and a starter battery. 2006 Westerbeke 20 diesel engine, 2 cyl, 17 HP with 620 hours, all maintenance recent, including rebuilt stuffing box 10/18. 2 year old 20 gallon aluminum fuel tank. Several spare parts for engine. 3 bladed propeller. 12 V and 120 V with circuit breakers. All lights LED, incl. tri mast navigation lights. VHF, Garmin chart plotter. 1500 Watt inverter and build-in charger. Large Adler refrigerator. Inside cabin with 2 pull-out settees, can be made into double bed, large folding table, which can be stored against wall. JVC radio with 2 speakers, microwave oven. Propane stove. 2 - 25 gallon aluminum water tanks. Shower in cockpit and head area. Owner built composting head. Roomy V.berth. Roll-up inflatable dinghy with small outboard engine.
