This is a very strong built yacht made of steel and ferrocement. Hull is 60'long.The cement takes 100 yrs to cure. Suncoast general ins.said they would ins it. if having photos fo it. The boat is in Ft. langley BC Canada and I live in Washington. I was planing to get it ready for sailing last Summer but couldn't get to it as the border is shut down. It has interior almost finished, still need some work and out side repainted and cleaned. Engine runs good but need to clean connectors every year. It is registered in Wa. It has a watermaker, wind gen. small solar panel that are not hooked up yet. It has a dingy with 10 HP 4 stroke It has a mask ladder and much more like a gas gen. It has a large wood stove. Was my bug out boat.Keel has 18000 lb of lead worth more than the price. Very sea worthy. Perkins 236 engine diesel. never sailed but motere
