Interior layout

V berth with holding tank below. Manual head with sink near mast opposite closet for hanged cloths. Two bench seats/beds aft of mast over water and fuel tanks.Another two can sleep aft of galley area with engine and companionway in between them. Plenty of storage and head room for those in the 6 foot range - no bolts bashing my head!

Galley

Galley has second sink, manual fresh water foot pump, 2 burner alcohol stove w/ cutting board on port. Icebox under nav station to starboard.

Electronic Equipment

Raymarine instruments including radar, aft antenna, autopilot attaching to tiller, and usual speed, direction, etc... gizmos. Boat radio with good range and able to transmit beacons. Set up for offshore and competed in Newport to Bermuda single-handed race twice (finishing once). Details available upon request. Separate set of instruments available, too, for those with racing in mind. Ask for details.

Other Equipment

Spin pole, high and low wind rigging for spinnaker. New Quantum racer/cruiser sails (used ONCE in low wind to check them). New main and genoa halyard, main, genoa, and traveler lines. Upgraded main, vang, and cunningham systems. Full set of spare Barient winches include an alternate very rough, non-self tailing set of primaries and both pairs of auxilary winches. Various extra sails including a very light wind genoa (up to 5 knots), backup recut main (for heavy air or if something terrible happens to shiny new sail), stereo with speakers inside and out.
Emergency buoy, numerous life jackets and other flotation devices, etc... included. Lifeline "padding" a few plastic cups, boat specific keys and tools, included.
Will consider selling mooring in Hempstead Harbour, Long Island, New York.

Remarks

Looking to sell our J30 as we get ready for move to Michigan (will get a lake boat there if the J30 finds a new owner). We aren’t gone yet and will come back regularly! 22.5 K or offers. 10K invested prior to this season (sails, lines, etc…).

Anchor and anchor line, Martec Folding prop w ith spare, 2 Bariant self-tailing primary winches with 2 alternate non-self tailing winches available, custom ground winches available; four auxiliary winches for spin and halyards with spare set available.

Solar panels with solar charge controller keep batteries happy and allow auto bilge pump when not on board
