Remarks

JUST BOUGHT A LARGER BOAT - WILL CONSIDER OFFERS.

A clean well taken care of C&C Landfall 35 that has been extensively refit and improved over the original design during the last five years. Many new and modern conveniences have been added for cruising comfort.

This is C&C Yachts' cruising oriented model but still sails like the brand is noted for. It includes a "couples" layout with its pullman style quarter berth and a forward position settee. It has a 4'11" draft making it well suited for cruising the thin waters of the Chesapeake, Bahamas and Florida's west coast. It also has the fully dependable and preferred Yanmar diesel engine with long range fuel capacity.

Many many many hours of love has been put into this boat and it shows.

Moving the boat to your location in the Gulf or east coast can be worked out if needed.

Or keeping it at its current proven hurricane safe dock and canal can also be worked out.
