The following refurbishments afforded :

- New engine;

- Rebuilt gear;

- Complete new engine exhaust system;

- Complete new fuel system;

- All new standing rigging; completely refurbished aluminum masts to highest standards of refinish; new bowsprit;

- New life lines;

- Electrical system upgrades (solar, wind, generator, batteries, etc.);

- Water System Upgrades;

- Numerous other upgrades completed by a reputable and well established marine surveyor.

- Optional Purchase with sailboat: 2016 Robalo tender with 90-hp outboard (warranty through 2021).

Sleeps up to seven persons;

Boat Needs:

- Cabin windows need to be replaced and exterio cabin needs to be painted;
- Bottom needs to be painted (though the boat continues to be cleaned by a diver on a monthly basis);
- exterior Teak brightwork refinishing is needed of toe rails, rub rails and bow bulpit. All hatches are currently refinished and show well.
- Some of the main salon / galley interior teak wood needs to be refinished (i.e.; around the cabin step entry; to galley area and to the salon floor).
