This Catalina 22 swing keel boat is pretty much like new inside and out. She has a new bottom job and she has everything you need to take her to the water and go sailing. There are boat bumpers, dock lines, anchor, chain and line, life jackets, dodger for pop top, closed cell foam cockpit seat cushions, two closed cell foam floaties, 2 6ft. paddles (never been used), 8 hp Mariner outboard motor in excellent condition (very low hours), adjustable outboard motor mount and a porta potty.
